The villa measures 310m2 and is fenced all around for your privacy. It features in total six bedrooms and six bathrooms (5 indoors and 1 outdoor). The vast outdoor space offers a private pool of 40m2 with an integrated pool for children, sunbeds, parasols and a playground. Of course, there is also a BBQ area and large outdoor dining tables. Don't miss the chance to cook your food at the wood stove!
On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace and TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a shared bathroom with a shower. There are also two bedrooms, one with two single beds (that can be joined into a double one) and one with a queen-sized bed, which also offers a private bathroom with shower and direct access to the pool.
The internal stairs lead you to the first floor, where you can find four bedrooms, a shared bathroom with shower and an office. The bedrooms are arranged as follows: a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a bedroom with two single beds (that can be joined into a double one) and another single bed on a loft, a bedroom with two single beds (that can be joined into a double one) and a private bathroom with shower and two bedrooms with a queen-sized bed and a private bathroom with shower. Each bedroom offers its own private balcony with views to the gardens.
